- Contact information: name, email address, and phone number, submitted through our Contact form, Deal Breakdown tool, DSCR Deal Check tool, or Referral Partner application.
- Deal information: property details, purchase price, rehab budget, after-repair value, rental income, and similar figures you enter into our calculators.
- Payment information: if you purchase a Proof of Funds Letter or Collateral DNA Report, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — only confirmation that a payment was made, along with the billing name and email Stripe provides us.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and general location, collected automatically by our hosting provider.
How we use this information
We use the information you provide to:
- Evaluate whether a loan deal you submit fits our lending partners' underwriting criteria
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact form
- Process and fulfill Proof of Funds Letter and Collateral DNA Report orders
- Review and respond to referral partner applications
- Follow up on deals that don't currently qualify, in case terms or your numbers change
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share information with
We share information with a limited number of third-party services that help us operate this site and our business:
- Netlify — our website host, which also processes and stores form submissions on our behalf.
- Stripe — our payment processor for Proof of Funds Letter and Collateral DNA Report purchases.
- Our lending partners (including Cogo Capital) — if you move forward with a loan application, relevant deal and borrower information is shared with the lending partner underwriting your loan.
We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes in the future (for example, if we add website analytics), this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Data retention
We retain form submissions and deal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, service an active loan relationship, or comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
